UniTracks Pro Subscription Terms

1. Plans and prices

UniTracks Pro may be offered as a monthly subscription, annual subscription, trial, promotional offer or other store-approved product. The plans available to you, their current price, billing period and any trial are shown in UniTracks and in the store confirmation screen before you purchase.

Prices may vary by platform, country, currency, tax and promotion. The store confirmation screen is authoritative. UniTracks does not promise that an offer will remain available.

2. Payment

Payment is charged to your Apple or Google account when you confirm the purchase. Apple or Google processes the payment. UniTracks does not receive or store your full payment-card details.

3. Automatic renewal

A recurring subscription renews automatically for the same billing period unless you cancel it through the relevant store before the store's cancellation deadline. The store shows the renewal date and manages renewal charges, reminders and any required consent.

Deleting UniTracks does not cancel a subscription.

4. Trials and promotions

If a trial or introductory offer is displayed, its length, eligibility and price after the offer are shown before purchase. Unless the store states otherwise, a trial converts to a paid recurring subscription if it is not cancelled before it ends.

Eligibility is determined by Apple or Google. Promotional access may be limited by time, account, region or feature and may be withdrawn where required to correct error, fraud or misuse.

5. Managing or cancelling

You can manage or cancel through your platform account:

Cancellation normally stops future renewal and Pro remains available until the end of the paid period, subject to the store's rules. UniTracks cannot cancel a store subscription on your behalf.

• Apple: Settings > Apple Account > Subscriptions, or Apple's subscription-management page.
• Google Play: Google Play > Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions, or Google Play's subscription-management page.

6. Restore purchases

Use Restore Purchases in UniTracks where available. Restoration depends on the same Apple or Google account, the store's records and product eligibility. Consumable or promotional access may not be restorable unless the offer says otherwise.

7. Refunds

Refund requests are handled by Apple or Google under their policies and applicable consumer law. UniTracks cannot issue a store refund directly or guarantee the outcome of a request.

Nothing in these terms limits statutory refund or cancellation rights that cannot be excluded.

8. Pro access and features

Pro unlocks the premium features described in UniTracks at the time of purchase. Some features depend on supported hardware, operating-system capabilities, permissions, region or third-party services and may not be identical on iOS, iPadOS and Android.

We may improve or replace features where reasonably necessary. We will not intentionally remove the substance of paid access during an active subscription without a valid reason or any remedy required by law.

Family Sharing or household access applies only where the purchase screen and store listing expressly say it is supported.

9. Price changes

Apple or Google manages notices, consent and renewal treatment for price changes. A new price applies only in accordance with store rules and applicable law. If you do not accept a change that requires consent, the subscription may not renew.

10. Store terms

Your purchase is also governed by the terms of the store used to buy UniTracks. Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement or the applicable Google Play terms may also apply.
