You don't need an account or login. Email us with a clear description of what you need help with and we'll take it from there.
Request help
Include what you were trying to do, what happened, what you expected, your device model and operating-system version, and whether you use UniTracks Free or Pro. Add screenshots if they help, but avoid sending real marks, setup codes or other private academic information unless they're essential to the issue.
We aim to reply within a few working days. More complex reports may take a little longer to investigate, but we'll let you know if we need anything else.

Do I need an account to get help?+
No. UniTracks doesn't require a user account. Just email us from any address you can receive a reply at.
What should I include in a bug report?+
Tell us what you were trying to do, what happened, what you expected, and your device and operating-system version. Screenshots are helpful when they don't contain private information.
What if UniTracks Pro is missing?+
Try Restore Purchases using the same App Store or Google Play account used to buy Pro. If access is still missing, tell us the platform, product shown and purchase date. Never email payment-card details.
Can support check my marks or app data?+
Support cannot browse your saved academic information. In the upcoming study suite, online AI does process transcript text separately from private iCloud sync. Only email a minimal authorised example when genuinely needed, and never send pairing codes, credentials or confidential lecture material.

Study, Capture and device support.
When will the new study tools be available?+
The iPhone and iPad study suite is planned for UniTracks 3.0.2. It is not part of the current public App Store release yet. Safari and Chrome Capture extensions are also coming soon; no release date is announced. Android remains a separate beta and does not include this Apple study-suite preview.
What does Free include in 3.0.2?+
Free includes 10 transcript imports total and 3 AI generations total, shared across Notes, Flashcards and Quiz in any combination. These do not reset each month. Your core modules, marks, averages, target calculations, deadlines, manual timetable and Lock In presets remain useful without Pro.
Does Pro include unlimited AI?+
Pro includes one shared monthly Study AI allowance, not unlimited AI. Optional Extra AI top-ups use the same balance across study tools. Prices and purchases come from the App Store. Ask this lecture and Ask this module are Pro-only. Previously saved material can be revisited without generating it again.
Can I handwrite notes on iPhone?+
Full Apple Pencil writing and PDF annotation are for supported iPads with Pro. Free users can create and open their own notes, but Pencil writing requires an upgrade. iPhone can read and manage saved notes; it is not the iPad handwriting editor. Direct PowerPoint import is not supported—export a PDF first.
Does Capture read my university page?+
Transcript transfer is paste-only: you copy an authorised transcript yourself, then paste and send it to your paired UniTracks app. Optional date and module fields help file it. Grade detection reads assessment information locally on supported pages; values are sent only when you choose Send. Capture does not receive university passwords or cookies. Only use material you have permission to use. The extensions are not publicly available yet.
Where does study AI process my transcript?+
Online study AI sends transcript text through UniTracks’ Cloudflare-hosted service to OpenAI. This is separate from Apple iCloud sync, and is not entirely on-device processing. AI output can be wrong; check it against your source. See the Privacy Policy for recipients, retention and your choices.
Will my data be identical on every device immediately?+
In 3.0.2, automatic Smart Sync runs in the background on compatible Apple devices using the same private iCloud account. It depends on iCloud, connectivity and compatible versions; transfers may take time and conflicting edits may need a choice. It is not an immediate or guaranteed sync promise.
